Towneshine was founded by Adrian Napolitano in 2024. A strategic pragmatic thinker and perennial optimist, Adrian believes in finding common ground amidst differences to create a better world.
A proud graduate of Oakland public schools, Adrian graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies with high honors. He receive a Judith Lee Stronach Travel grant to write his undergraduate thesis on strategies to build affordable housing in historically exclusive affluent neighborhoods in the East Bay and Los Angeles. A lifelong lover of cities, Adrian believes in a world where people can live in the communities they love.
Adrian has worked professionally in several roles, including real estate banking at Wells Fargo, affordable housing development at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, and his current role in the Oakland Housing Authority's Office of Real Estate Development. He consistently strives to expand affordable housing opportunities and develop underutilized land for public benefit in his hometown.
