Our story
Towneshine was founded by Adrian Napolitano in 2024.
Adrian grew up in Oakland, California and graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies with high honors. A lifelong lover of cities, Adrian believes in a world where people can live in the communities they love.
He has worked in several roles including as a Financial Analyst for Wells Fargo and Project Manager for Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation.
