- Small-scale ownership opportunities for middle-class families and individuals in urban infill locations.
- Close proximity to high-frequency public transit.
- Walking distance to grocery stores and recreation.
Designed with outdoor space, community amenities that promote socialization, and close to ample entertainment and recreational activities. Close proximity to mass transit.
